Business Development Executive Team Leader LATAMHFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide.We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive Team Leader to join our team, with a particular interest in candidates based in Peru, Mexico, or Colombia.Your role at HFMLead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives, ensuring strong performance and target achievementDevelop and implement regional business development strategies, including market entry plans and growth initiativesOversee market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioningBuild and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners, acting as the main escalation point when neededTravel across LATAM markets to represent HFM, lead events, and strengthen regional presenceOversee and support negotiations and the closing of agreements with affiliates and strategic partnersCoordinate business development activities across the region,
