LocationPereira, Risaralda (On Site)Employment TypeFull-timeWhat You’ll DoAs an Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our Customer Support team, contributing to exceptional member experiences and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our Thrive Account and Tuition programs.Serve as the primary point of contact for Lifestyle Spending and Tuition members, providing support via email and phone while meeting SLAs and KPIsProcess system-generated tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate updates to member plans, payments, and enrollmentsDeliver exceptional customer service to internal teams, clients, and participantsConsistently meet daily production metrics and team goals while embodying our CARE valuesIdentify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide feedback to operations leadershipCommunicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersTroubleshoot issues and follow escalation paths when neededTrack, investigate, and resolve ACH failures at the member levelSupport the reimbursement processing team during high-volume periodsParticipate actively in team meetings, initiatives, and continuous improvement effortsAssist with onboarding and training of new hiresCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, and Marketplace teamsWhat You BringStrong customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality support experiencesExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsHigh level of organization, attention to detail,
