About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior SDET to own test automation across a live cloud platform built to put life insurance online. You’ll set quality standards alongside engineering leads and product managers, and push the team toward automation-first, shift-left practices. The stack includes JavaScript, Python, Java, Playwright, Grafana K6, and AWS. It’s a fully remote role at a growing company where QA has a real seat at the table.What You Will DoMaintain and extend existing test automation frameworks and evaluate new frameworks; Promote a quality-first mindset including automation-first and shift-left testing practices; Define and implement performance and scalability testing strategies; Monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines; Collaborate with productand engineering teams to define quality standards aligned with business needs.Must Haves5+ years of experience in delivering high-quality products and automation testing; Experience with automation testing using JavaScript, Java,
