As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking fora full-time English-speaking Customer Success Manager (post-sale)based in Medellin. In this role, you will primarily focus oncustomers in North America, while also supporting severalenterprise customers in Australia and New Zealand. English is themain working language with all customers. As a Customer SuccessManager, you will be the first point of contact for some of ourmost important enterprise customers and play a key role in helpingthem achieve success with Virtuagym. Our Customer Success Enterprise team is international bydesign, with team members primarily located across Europe,including The Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. But you will alsoclosely collaborate with our Medellín office, working together in ahybrid setup with colleagues based there. What the role looks likeAs our Customer Success Manager - Northam, you are responsible formanaging and growing relationships with several of our mostimportant enterprise accounts, such as large-scale gym chainsoperating internationally. You will actively engage with customersto drive adoption, retention, and long-term success with Virtuagym.You’ll be part of an agile team. After the daily stand-up, you’llwork through your priorities for the day: a strategic catch-up withone of your enterprise accounts on the next phase of their rollout,a discussion with a Product Manager about newly released featuresrelevant to your customers, and an onboarding call for a newlyadded account. You’ll end the day preparing for upcoming quarterlyor strategic review meetings. Some of your key tasks as a CustomerSuccess Manager Build trusted advisor relationships with customers,helping them achieve maximum value throughout their lifecycle. Ownthe onboarding, training, and implementation process for enterpriseaccounts.



Maintain a deep understanding of the Virtuagym platformand advise customers on the most relevant features for their goals.Act as a product champion and drive adoption through expertise andproactive guidance. Support the Point of Contacts of your portfoliowith their day-to-day requests. Proactively identify expansion andgrowth opportunities within your customer base. Increase renewalsand reduce churn through early risk identification and mitigation.Be the voice of the customer by collecting feedback, managingrequests, improving NPS, and analysing customer insights. What youwill bring to the team Experience in Customer Success or AccountManagement, managing a portfolio of customers. Native-level Englishor full professional fluency, both written and spoken. A secondlanguage is a plus, but not a requirement. Proven ability toposition yourself as a trusted advisor to senior customerstakeholders. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively withproduct, sales, support, and marketing teams. Solid projectmanagement skills and comfort working in a fast-changingenvironment. A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong senseof ownership. Even better if you... Have experience in a SaaSenvironment. Love the fitness industry.
