JPMorgan Chase is a leading global financial services firm operating in more than 60 countries.The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers and small businesses, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management.This position is part of the Colombia Compliance function within the firm's Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization.CCOR defines the framework to manage Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk firmwide across all lines of business and functions, and maintains related oversight.We are looking for a candidate to join the Compliance team in the country and assist in the execution of task related to regulatory compliance for Colombia and Peru, aligning individual priorities with team objectives, delivering results with sense of urgency, and promoting a culture of continuous improvements.The employee will collaborate closely with regional CCOR partners across Latin America.Job Responsibilities:Support the drafting, updating, and application of manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure the entity's regulatory complianceCoordinate and submit correspondence and responses to requests from regulators, internal/external audits, with the appropriate supervision.Prepare materials for review by the Compliance team to present to Risk, Control, and Audit Committees, the Board of Directors, and other corporate bodies.Collaborate on analysis of requirements and regulations applicable to the Bank, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.Support the Compliance team in the analysis and implementation of new products and services related to Payments line of business, following corporate proceduresContribute to independent reviews of adherence to applicable norms across different businesses and areas.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the needs of internal clients, stakeholders, and regulators,
