Job DescriptionThe Network Engineer independently provides full design, configuration and support for common data networking implementations (HW and SW), including contact center and network security technology.Assists senior technicians in design, configuration and support of backbone networks, security DMZs, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and other highly complex and critical solutions with regional and potentially global impact.Ensures appropriate failover solutions are implemented and tested to meet business continuity needs.Performs complex video networking for board meetings and conferences.Provides global support to resolve network outages and help diagnose application problems.May also provide technical guidance to associate network engineers.What You'll DoDesign, configure, and implement network solutions to support changes to teams, offices, and applications, and to incorporate new features to optimize services.(55%)Provide full operational support for regional network services which provide customer access to revenue-generating applications and colleague access to systems used to run the company and support customers, with limited assistance from more senior engineers in mission critical and/or highly complex situations.(30%)Create and maintain technical documentation, asset inventories and configuration information.(10%)Analyze vendor invoices for accuracy, maintain inventory and order equipment.(5%)What We're Looking For3+ years of relevant work experience.Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) required.Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.Possesses strong organizational and time management skills,
