Billing AnalystAprio's Business Operations - Finance team seeks a Billing Analyst for the Revenue Cycle Department to manage accurate and timely billing processes.The analyst will work closely with Partners and Managers, supervise invoice drafting, resolve billing matters, monitor aging reports, and contribute to process improvements.ResponsibilitiesManage the billing cycle process for assigned partners/managersLiaison between partner/manager and the centralized collections teamCalculate monthly billing targets and maintain YTD actualsCreate, process, and send invoices for assigned accountsSupervise the drafting of invoice by billing clerksAnalyze and manage unbilled completed work and understand the reason for work unbilledMeet monthly deadlines to help achieve Aprio's financial goals and objectivesResolve billing matters internally and externallyMonitor invoice aging reports and assists with resolving payment delaysSchedule and lead meetings with partners and team members assisting with billing to review client billing, client accountsreceivables and other topics as appropriateContribute to process improvement efforts to simplify and centralize the billing process for the firmRequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experiencePrevious experience with billing for professional services firms is preferredUnderstand time-based WIPAdvanced skill level with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and graphs)Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
