Associate Marketing Manager – Fine Fragrance

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded, and trend-savvy Associate Marketing Manager to support the development of the Fine Fragrance business in Colombia, working closely with key direct selling clients across Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico.

This role is idóneo for someone passionate about fragrance, beauty, fashion, trends, storytelling, and consumer insight, with strong presentation skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships internally and externally.

The position is based in Colombia within a multinational fragrance house with regional leadership in Brazil, requiring collaboration across multicultural teams and markets.

Key Purpose of the Role

Support the commercial and creative marketing agenda for Fine Fragrances by developing inspiring concepts, trend-driven proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth opportunities.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in:

- Marketing

- Business Administration

- Advertising

- Graphic Design

- Communication

- Industrial Design

- Fashion-related or other relevant creative/business disciplines

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, brand development, category management, trend research, or client marketing support.

- Experience in beauty, fragrances, cosmetics, fashion, luxury, lifestyle,



or direct selling industries is highly valued.

- Strong experience building presentations and visual materials for clients.

- Experience in multinational companies, agencies, beauty houses, consumer brands, or creative consultancies is a plus.

Technical Skills

- English B2

- Advanced PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.

- Strong graphic sensibility and visual storytelling capabilities.

- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and content creation.

- Excel and business tools knowledge is a plus.

- English proficiency preferred.

- Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.
