Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Armenia.The Call Center Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, handle complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and staying updated on company policies and offerings.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center operationsExcellent verbal and written Communication skillsStrong Computer Literacy, including familiarity with common software and contact center toolsHighly organized with good problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFluency in English and additional language skills are a plusPrevious experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr
