Leads the strategic and operational delivery of HR functions for a country office, ensuring alignment with general standards and local labor laws.This role analyzes workforce needs, assesses organizational capacity, and collaborates with leadership to construct and implement HR strategies that support talent acquisition, development, engagement, and compliance.The HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a healthy work culture, training staff, and delivering HR services that enable organizational effectiveness.Job DescriptionAnalyze and assess workforce trends, HR metrics, and organizational needs to inform strategic planning and decision-making.Identify and construct HR policies, systems, and processes that align with global standards and local regulations.Collaborate and advise leadership and line managers to ensure staff are engaged, performing, and supported throughout the employee lifecycle.Train and explain HR policies, procedures, and development programs to build capacity and promote compliance.Deliver and organize HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,
