At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we're looking for an E-commerce Analyst to join our team and support the execution and optimization of campaigns focused on online sales and marketplace performance.This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in e-commerce, retail media, performance marketing, and data analysis, who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global environment.Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of e-commerce and marketplace campaignsTrack campaign performance and daily pacing, ensuring alignment with KPIs and budgetsAssist in campaign optimizations to improve ROAS, conversions, and overall performanceMonitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, AOV, CTR, and sales performanceSupport keyword analysis and optimization for marketplace campaignsAssist in the creation of performance reports and insights for internal teams and clientsEnsure accuracy and quality in campaign setup, reporting, and deliveryStay up to date with e-commerce, retail media,



and marketplace trends6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, retail media, or paid media rolesExposure to Amazon Ads, marketplace campaigns, or e-commerce platforms is a plusBasic understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, AOV, CTR, and CPAKnowledge of keywords, campaign pacing, and optimization conceptsEnglish level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higherStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailInterest in e-commerce, online sales, and performance marketingAnalytical and data-driven mindsetStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProactive attitude and eagerness to growGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWork with general clients and international teamsHands-on experience with leading e-commerce and retail media platformsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesA collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture#J-*****-Ljbffr
