The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and completion of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.It works with the project owners to define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverablesManage project activities, timelines, and milestones to ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.Effectively manage projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goalOversee project scheduling as needed across the organization and coordinate with project leadership, program managers, project coordinators, vendors, executive assistants, etc.Lead project coordination for meetings, events, and other activitiesCommunication and CoordinationFacilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.Organize and lead project-related meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.Manage comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.Resolve project-related issues and elevate issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.Coordinate with teams across all regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)Resource ManagementCoordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.Maintain working relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration,
