The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Site Manager – Renewable Energy Power Plant | ColombiaYour Mission:Lead the on-site delivery of a renewable energy power plant, taking full ownership of Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, and Compliance.Ensure the project is completed on time, grid-connected, and ready for final acceptance.What You'll Do:Coordinate EPC contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors to execute the Overall Site Control Plan.Track milestones, report weekly progress, and implement corrective actions.Chair Safety & Quality meetings, targeting zero accidents and zero penalties.Oversee contracts, costs, variations, and claims for smooth project closure.Lead quality inspections, pre-grid connection checks,
