Gold Media Tech partners with leading companies across real estate, hospitality, finance, and technology to provide staff augmentation and professional services.For this role, you will be working with one of our U.S.-based clients in the property management industry.Their portfolio includes more than 300 luxury properties managed for a group of international investors.The focus is on providing outstanding guest experiences while maximizing profitability for property owners and investors.The company operates on the values of trust, excellence, service, teamwork, care for people, and resourcefulness.Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior General Accountant to join the finance team on a long-term basis.The adecuado candidate has solid experience managing the entire accounting cycle and is comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with a team.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Accounting Management:Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and month-end closings.Financial Accuracy & Reconciliation:Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions, including regular bank and account reconciliations.System Entry & QBO Oversight:Enter, categorize, and reconcile financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO),



ensuring timely and organized records.Audit-Ready Documentation:Maintain clear, well-structured documentation to support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance.Process Improvement & Documentation:Partner with the Senior Accounting Manager to refine and document internal accounting processes for consistency and scalability.Internal Communication & Support:Collaborate with internal teams to clarify financial information and provide insights that support data-driven decisions.Cost Efficiency & Operational Insight:Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency of financial workflows.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in multi-entity or service-based companies.Tarjeta Profesional as an Accountant in Colombia.Strong command of the full accounting cycle.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software.English level B1/B2 or higher.High attention to detail, organization, and accountability.Comfortable working remotely, with strong communication and follow-through.Must be located in Bogotá.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the hospitality or property management industries.Familiarity with U.S.-based accounting standards.#J-*****-Ljbffr
