Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter (French & English)Location: BogotáHybrid positionUPS is seeking a strategic and consultative Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team and support all facets of talent sourcing and recruitment.The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own, develop, and facilitate methods to successfully identify, recruit, hire, and onboard best in-class talent.The successful candidate will be energetic, collaborative and inquisitive with a strategic mindset, as well as possess experience creating and implementing integral talent acquisition strategies and programs.This role is based in Colombia and ensures requisition needs are met, provides recruiting support for hiring teams, monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvement.The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with prospective talent and hiring partners and creates/manages talent pipelines for future opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAttracts premier professional candidates utilizing a variety of successful recruiting channels.Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, presents qualified, best-fit candidates to hiring managers, coordinates interviews for internal and external roles.Consults with hiring managers on talent needs.Reviews Service Level Agreements (SLAs) upon approval of new requisitions.Conducts market research and analysis to establish hiring expectations.Collaborates with Talent Acquisition senior recruiters on hard-to-fill roles.Advises hiring managers throughout the entire employment process and provides continuous updates.Manages candidate flow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Updates management teams on job requisition exceptions (ex: hard-to-fill roles, aging requisitions,
etc.).Engages hiring manager and collaborates on interview results prior to job offers.Monitors sourcing process to ensure hiring needs are met timely and SLAs are fulfilled.Extends job offers, inclusive of compensation package details, to candidates.Assists team with maintaining and developing recruitment training materials/resources.Provides support for ad hoc talent projects and recruiting strategies.QualificationsPossesses advanced English (B2-C1).Full French fluency, both verbally and written.Hybrid work schedule.Must be available to work onsite three days per week, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm (total of 42 Hrs weekly).Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes (selection, hiring, employment laws and regulations, etc.).Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Analytical ability to conduct research, assess and summarize data, and provide solutions.Full life cycle recruiting experience.Experience working in Human Resources.Detail oriented with demonstrated experience soliciting and gathering information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred SkillsExperience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Possesses presentation skills.Experience working in a team-focused environment.Experience utilizing Power BI (Preferred).Proficiency utilizing external recruiting channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Seek Out, Indeed.Com, etc.Minimum one year of full life cycle recruiting experience.Bachelor's degree (or internationally comparable degree).Employee Type: PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
