This role is focused on executing enablement initiatives, developing high-impact sales content, and ensuring sellers are equipped with the tools, training, and insights needed to succeed.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to drive consistency in messaging, improve sales performance, and reduce ramp time for new hires. This is a highly collaborative and execution-driven role within a fast-paced B2B tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and support onboarding programs for new sales hires (SDRs, AEs, AMs) to accelerate ramp time and productivityTranslate, adapt and audit existing content into clear, culturally relevant Spanish, ensuring accuracy and consistencyDevelop, update, and maintain enablement and learning assets in Spanish including training materials, guides, and playbooksPartner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment in messaging and go‑to‑market strategiesProvide ongoing coaching support through call reviews, role plays, and feedback sessionsEnsure consistency in sales messaging and adherence to defined sales processes and methodologiesEssential Requirements2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales, or related rolesFluent spoken and written English (C1 level)



– Portuguese (Plus not required)Experience in B2B companies (preferably SaaS, CPaaS, or telecom)Strong communication, presentation, and content development skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into clear business value for commercial teamsOffice suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) userFamiliarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms (Plus)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and execution-focused mindset in fast-paced environmentsAbout TelesignTelesign connects and protects online experiences with sophisticated customer identity and engagement solutions.
