Talent Sourcing Specialist, AMER — Temporary Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities?

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment activities across the AMER region .
This is a temporary position (7 Months) , and the location can be either Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico .
We work in a hybrid model , 6 days at the office per month .
In this role, you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition community, helping us attract and engage professionals who want to grow their careers and contribute to Wärtsilä's purpose of enabling sustainable societies through innovation in technology and services.

Through this role, you will help bring that promise to life for candidates across the region.
Main responsibilities in this role: Own candidate sourcing and attraction activities for assigned roles across the AMER region, using effective and cost-conscious sourcing strategies.
Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with market insights (talent availability, salary expectations, competitor activity) to help position our roles competitively.
Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for technical and engineering profiles in energy, industrial, and oil Portuguese is a plus.
