Overview
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Gallagher, you will play a key role in bringing our marketing strategies to life across the Specialty and Product Marketing areas.
This role is central to strengthening brand visibility, supporting sales initiatives, and driving meaningful engagement across multiple channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to coordinate campaigns, manage projects, and support content development that connects with our audiences and reflects Gallagher's value.
Blending creativity with strong organization and collaboration, this role helps ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, consistently, and with impact—supporting our broader mission to protect businesses and empower people worldwide.
How you'll make an impact
Create and manage content: Develop social media copy, articles, videos, thought-leadership pieces, and campaign assets to drive visibility and engagement across Specialty and Product Marketing
Support sales and brand consistency: Develop and maintain sales collateral,



ensuring all materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
Lead marketing initiatives: Plan and execute smaller marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
Drive project efficiency: Oversee project management for Specialty and Product Marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
Support cross-functional needs: Manage ad hoc marketing requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business priorities.
Strengthen digital presence: Partner with web teams to create and update GB.com pages, maintaining accurate, relevant, and up-to-date website content.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, product, corporate marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in insurance or a related field.
Is a strong writer with experience crafting high-quality copy for social media, web, and sales materials.
Thrives in managing multichannel campaigns from planning to execution.
Brings excellent project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders with ease.
Is comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and making actionable recommendations.
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a creative mindset and problem-solving approach.
Enjoys working collaboratively across teams and building relationships.
