ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent Executive , you will drive company success by collaborating with recruitment and engineering leads to optimize hiring workflows.
This role offers the unique chance to manage high-impact screening operations and special initiatives within a fast-paced, world-class environment.
You will leverage your expertise in candidate management to ensure a seamless experience for every applicant.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company's guidelines; - Keep track of available talent and job opportunities; - Carry out the candidates' screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit; - Manage a robust pool of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity; - Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.




MUST HAVES - 2+ years of experience in an IT company as a Recruiter ; - Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology ; - Excellent organizational and communication skills; - Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving; - Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently; - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES - You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment; - You have strong GTD skills.
