Overview
Publicis General Delivery is looking for a Programmatic Media Specialist who has led digital campaigns for assigned advertisers.
The candidate should have experience in billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting for multiple programmatic platforms such as DV360, TTD, Verizon, Xandr, Mediamath, and others.
The ideal candidate is independent and focused on quality and eager to grow alongside the more than 5,000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery worldwide.

Responsibilities
Setup programmatic campaigns within each required platform following agency and advertiser guidelines.
Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders, providing performance and pacing strategies.
Monitor the health of campaigns and perform ongoing optimization to meet objectives, including daily management of budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative.
Ensure quality of deliverables and campaign setup within programmatic platforms.
Proactively provide suggestions and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain daily communication with client campaign managers and report any operational issues promptly.
Deliver recommendations, execution, and analysis of beta tests,



new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.
Assist with programmatic and digital media training sessions and complete required certifications and updates.
Connect daily with the global account team via email, IM, or video conference as needed to ensure flawless execution.
Proactively identify growth opportunities and communicate them to the client.
Help develop documentation of best practices to improve operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
Qualifications
Must:
Intermediate programmatic media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Result-oriented skills.
Attention to detail skills.
Analytical skills.
Technical savviness and specific skill in any digital vertical.
Strong knowledge of at least one programmatic media platform, with understanding of the overall media landscape (DV360, TTD, and other DSPs, Ad Server reporting).
Intermediate Excel knowledge.
Good to have:
Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Media planning, Media buying, Creative strategy, Ads bidding.
Management tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.
Verification tools: IAS, Double Verify, MOAT.
Knowledge of Yahoo or Amazon DSP.
