Job Description Sutherland is looking proactive and commited professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform.
The role is primarily focused on front-end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket-based enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: Perform front-end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and CMS platforms.
Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticketing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure.
Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements.
Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications Advanced English level (B2 or higher) Availability to work on-site at our Bogotá Americas facilities.
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS .
Basic to intermediate WordPress experience.
Working knowledge of Python .
Experience with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Nice to Have: Exposure to automobile or dealer websites.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience in high-volume support or production environments.
