**Your role:*** Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalized service.
* Assists in the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans designed to exceed financial targets, with a focus on Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, and Contract Renewals.
* Works meticulously under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output.
* Provides comprehensive transactional and administrative support related to in-scope processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines.
**You're the right fit if:*** You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
* You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Service Delivery Management or equivalent* Strong customer orientation with a clear sense of urgency to understand and address client needs.
* Intermediate level of English proficiency.
* Comfortable engaging in sales-related activities**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams,
this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.This is an office role.
