About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide sales and service support across inbound call interactions, assisting guests with new orders, existing reservations, and issue resolution.
The role requires maintaining accurate data, building strong product knowledge, and delivering a transparent and pleasant service experience while meeting defined performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide sales and service support across all assigned call types
Process new orders accurately and resolve issues related to existing reservations
Ensure a clear, professional, and pleasant experience for all guest interactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and offerings
Attend ongoing training sessions to remain current on product and process updates




Perform accurate data entry for new and existing reservation orders
Follow defined procedures and service guidelines consistently
Meet pre-defined key performance indicators related to quality, productivity, and accuracy
Job Requirements
Education
Graduation from a recognized institution
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication skills and customer handling ability
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage multiple call types and service scenarios
Willingness to learn and retain product and service knowledge
Basic computer proficiency and system navigation skillsAbility to work in a structured, work-from-office environment
