About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent someone who doesnt just respond to customers, but manages and improves an AIpowered support system. In this role, youll operate like a manager but your team is AI.
Help the customer
Review and refine AIgenerated responses
Handle complex or sensitive escalations
Apply judgment where AI falls short
Improve the system
Upgrade knowledge bases and workflows
Identify and fix systemic issues
Build operational context customers, products, policies
Continuously train and optimize AI performance
Your main tool Writing.
More specifically reviewing, refining, and elevating AIgenerated communication.
Required Profile
Advanced English level B2 spoken and written.
Previous experience in BPO Customer Support environments.
High agency you act first, report second
Curiosity and openness to new technologies
Technical Requirements BYOD
Reliable and stable internet connection.
Computer with minimum Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.
Noisecanceling headset.
A fully functional laptop and reliable highspeed internet are required Windows operating system only iOS is not supported.
