This role is going to provide bestinclass frontline assistance to potential and existing customers throughout their journey with the company.
This ranges from supporting pre and postsales administrative activities to helping customers with general product and order processing questions to handling daily customer contacts regarding orders, issues, and troubleshooting needs.
Requirements
Bachelor degree international business, administration, communication or related
2 years of experience in a fastpaced, highvolume customer support, sales support account management, or other complex customer relations role.
Proficieny in English B2 Oral and written
Experience managing some CRM it is preferred
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Passion for helping others.
A successful track record working in a highvolume environment.
