About the Role

As a Bilingual Legal Personal Assistant, you will serve as a key operational support partner to U.S.-based attorneys. You’ll be responsible for managing case files, coordinating case-related activities, and ensuring deadlines and documentation are handled with precision.

This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize, manage, and maintain legal case files and supporting documentation
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to attorneys
- Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate communications with clients and internal team members as needed




- Accurately update case information in legal software and CRM systems
- Support case workflow to ensure efficiency and compliance

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience working with a U.S.-based law firm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience using legal case management systems and CRM platforms
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
