We are a Texas-based private security company providing armed and unarmed guard services to businesses such as construction sites, warehouses, apartments, and retail locations.

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Cold Caller / Lead Generator based in Colombia to contact businesses in the United States and identify potential clients that need security services.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses (B2B)
- Identify decision-makers (property managers, project managers, business owners)
- Introduce our security services and generate interest
- Set appointments or collect qualified leads
- Maintain notes in CRM or spreadsheet

Requirements

- Fluent English (very important – minimal accent preferred)
- Experience in cold calling/telemarketing / B2B sales
- Comfortable calling U.S. numbers and speaking with professionals
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 4 weeks
