Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trials Phone Specialist/Clinical Research Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The idóneo candidate will have top-notch English communication skills, proven experience in clinical research recruitment, and a strong understanding of both recruitment and phone responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct phone screenings with potential participants to assess eligibility, availability, and interest in clinical studies.
- Communication Expertise: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high standards in both verbal and written communication.
- Industry Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of clinical trials, CRC processes, and regulatory requirements to support both recruitment and data management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical research teams, investigators, and study sponsors to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of participants, as well as accurate data reporting.
- Documentation: Assist in ensuring all trial-related documents are complete and accurate, including patient files, consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trials recruitment and/or phone tasks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with experience conducting patient or participant outreach over the phone.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, patient recruitment processes, data management, and ethical standards in clinical research.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with clinical trial management systems (CRIO), CRMs, and other digital platforms used for candidate tracking and data entry.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple candidates, trials, and data-entry tasks simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a clinical research organization (CRO) or with study sponsors.
- Training in CRC (Clinical Research Coordinator) practices or certification is a plus.
