The Role

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings strong capability in sourcing and pipelining candidates and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience sourcing for US and Canada

Skills & Requirements

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
