Bilingual Patient Outreach & Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a professional and dependable bilingual employee to join our office full-time in Colombia. This role involves communicating with patients who have submitted applications and accurately entering information into our software systems.

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with patients who submitted applications
- Assist patients with questions and application updates
- Verify and update patient information
- Enter and manage data accurately in company software
- Maintain organized records and notes
- Provide excellent customer service and communication

Requirements

- Excellent English speaking and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong computer and typing abilities




- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time in-office
- Customer service, healthcare, or call center experience preferred
