We're Hiring: Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant (Remote | Latin America)

We're a fast-growing health and wellness company looking for a high-energy, confident appointment setter who thrives on conversation and loves closing. You'll be working exclusively with people who have already shown interest in our services. This role is about converting that interest into booked appointments, not cold calling strangers.

This is a full-time remote position working 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with light availability on weekends Mountain Time Zone (MT).This is a great fit for candidates based in Colombia or Mexico as the schedule aligns closely with your local time zone.

What You'll Do

- Call and follow up with warm leads to book appointments
- Confirm, manage, and coordinate scheduling
- Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) updated accurately
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the team
- Hit daily booking targets

You're a Great Fit If You:

- Are naturally persuasive, energetic, and confident on the phone
- Have experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales
- Speak clear, professional English with strong verbal communication
- Are self-motivated, consistent,



and don't need micromanaging
- Can work independently and manage your time effectively
- Have experience with a CRM system
- GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus but not required

Pay & Perks

- $5–$8 USD per hour based on experience
- Performance bonuses up to 50% of base pay
- Long-term opportunity with room to grow
- Full-time remote position
- Your schedule must aligns with Mountain Time Zone
- Weekend availability is required
