Location: Remote - Overseas candidates welcome

Must be available to make calls during North American business hours, ideally between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Highspire is looking for a warm, sharp, and highly motivated Appointment Setter/Sales Support professional to become the first point of contact for inbound and existing leads. This is not a pushy sales role. This is a consultative, relationship-first position for someone who knows how to ask great questions, qualify leads thoughtfully, and protect the quality of leads entering Assessment Calls with the Director of Sales.

You will support the Director of Marketing and Sales by reaching out to warm leads, qualifying potential clients, booking qualified discovery calls, and keeping HubSpot updated with clear, accurate notes. Highspire is looking for someone engaging, curious, organized, and confident, someone who can bring energy and authenticity and who represents the brand at a high standard of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first touchpoint for inbound and existing leads
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm and existing leads (approximately 300-400 calls per week)
- Conduct qualification calls,



typically 10+ minutes, to understand each lead's business, goals, and core values fit
- Schedule qualified discovery calls on the Director of Sales' calendar
- Mine and follow up with an existing list
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including calls, notes, updates, and follow-up details
- Follow up consistently with warm leads who have had initial contact or engagement with the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing strategy contractor and internal team to share feedback on lead quality
- Ensure the sales pipeline stays organized, up to date, and moving forward
- Represent Highspire with warmth, professionalism, curiosity, and integrity

Qualifications

- Previous appointment setting, sales support, outbound calling, or lead qualification experience
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, premium consulting services, coaching, or professional services is preferred
- Construction, trades, home services, or real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and staying consistent with weekly activity goals
- Strong ability to ask thoughtful questions and listen for fit, need, urgency, and motivation
- Organized and detail-oriented,



especially when updating CRM records
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Energetic, personable, curious, and professional
- Must be able to consistently support full-time business-hour availability

Pay and Benefits

- This is a remote contractor opportunity for international applicants
- Suggested pay range: $15-$18 USD per hour, depending on experience, communication skills, and overall fit
- Performance bonus structure available based on exceeding targets
