Job Summary

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will help grow our Colombia based talent presence and remote teams. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, strategy, and partnership with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across corporate functions and Sales/Go‑to‑Market roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage full‑cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Colombia international recruitment efforts
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, educate them on Porch Group services, prepare them for interviews, and provide timely, thorough communications
- Drive the end‑to‑end interview process, including partnering on job postings, interview plans, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Establish and maintain relationships with management and cross‑functional stakeholders internally and externally
- Partner with hiring managers to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
- Deliver hiring outcomes across corporate functions
- Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic methods including employee referrals, networking, research,



and advanced search tools
- Use data from ATS to improve talent progress, efficiency, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate on research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices
- Support a requisition load of 10–20 positions full life cycle at any given time

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, including corporate functions and Sales/Go‑to‑Market roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting preferred
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing tools
- Team player mindset with focus on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Passion for relationship‑driven recruiting and ability to build long‑term relationships
- Experience working with general and/or US‑based business teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Workspace: Quiet space with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload connectivity

Pay Range

COP 7,447,000.00 to COP 7,885,000.00 per month
