Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Kafka streaming solutions.
Develop and support Kafka infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage Kafka upgrades, troubleshooting, and broker-related issues.
Optimize topic configurations, partitions, and consumer groups for performance and scalability.
Implement monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure Kafka reliability.
Work on integrating Kafka with other systems and platforms.
Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache Airflow to support Kafka-based workflows.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data streaming solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders (strong communication skills required).

Must-have Skills
Strong expertise in Kafka, including Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect.
Airflow and dbt Core.
Building skills and agents.
Experience with at least one of Type

Script, Kotlin, Python, or Java .
Hands-on experience in managing Kafka infrastructure (not limited to AWS MSK).
Proficiency in debugging, upgrades, and resolving Kafka broker issues.
Solid understanding of Kafka configuration and scalability best practices.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Airflow.
Experience implementing monitoring and maintenance strategies for Kafka infrastructure.
Experience integrating Kafka with other platforms and systems.

Nice-to-have:
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintai
