Our client is looking for a reliable Inbound Sales Lead Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and schedule service appointments. This role combines front-desk support and sales follow-up, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and no opportunities are missed.

Client Overview

A growing home services business focused on delivering high-quality service and responsive customer support. The company relies on efficient lead handling, scheduling, and client communication to maximize bookings and maintain a strong customer experience.

Schedule

- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Manage inbound calls and inquiries using dialer systems (e.g., Quick Talks) to ensure high lead capture.
- Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion and drive revenue generation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service bookings via CRM (Jobber or similar).
- Maintain organized records by logging all client interactions and status updates accurately in the CRM.
- Provide professional and friendly customer support to ensure a positive customer experience.




- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and warm leads to fill the service schedule.
- Support daily operations by managing scheduling, communication flow, and providing reporting on lead status.

Requirements

- Experience with dialer software (Quick Talks or similar preferred).
- Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM systems.
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support roles.
- Professional Verbal Communication skills
- High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage a steady flow of calls and inquiries.

- Experience in home services or service-based businesses.
- Background in inbound sales or customer conversion roles.
- Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch systems.
- Experience handling high call volumes.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
