At Job Duck, we are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join a growing law practice specializing in personal injury, criminal, and labor law. Schedule
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To
- Contributing to process improvements and operational effectiveness
- Collaborating with paralegals and assistants to maintain workflow efficiency
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination of meetings or hearings
- Contacting tax assessors, doctors, and other professionals for case-related information
- Communicating with clients and providing follow-ups as needed
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining case records in Case Peer
- Providing bilingual support for client communications and documentation
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
- Supporting attorneys with case preparation and documentation
- Answering inbound calls and managing client inquiries
What We’re Looking For
- At least two to three years of experience as a legal assistant
- Law degree required
- Prior experience in personal injury law required
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ownership and accountability for tasks
- Active listening and comprehension skills
- Timely follow-up and task management
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
