We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to recruit, manage, and grow publisher relationships across affiliate marketing and pay-per-call campaigns.

This is a performance-driven execution role where your work directly contributes to company revenue and advertiser success. You will work closely with affiliates, monitor campaign performance, ensure traffic quality, and identify growth opportunities across multiple verticals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Affiliate Recruitment & Activation

- Recruit and onboard new affiliates through Linked In, Telegram, referrals, industry communities, and direct outreach
- Identify high-quality publishers based on traffic sources, experience, and compliance standards
- Support affiliates with setup, tracking integration, and campaign activation
- Maintain organized affiliate records and onboarding documentation
- Conduct email outreach, cold calls, and meetings to grow affiliate partnerships

Affiliate Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned affiliates and traffic partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with active publishers
- Provide campaign guidance, creatives, optimization suggestions, and performance feedback
- Maintain proactive daily communication to maximize affiliate productivity

Campaign Performance & Optimization

- Monitor traffic quality, lead performance, conversion rates, and campaign volume
- Identify scaling opportunities for top-performing affiliates
- Optimize, troubleshoot, or pause underperforming or non-compliant traffic
- Coordinate internally to resolve tracking,



technical, or operational issues

Compliance & Quality Control

- Enforce advertiser compliance standards and traffic policies
- Monitor for fraud, duplicate leads, invalid calls, and policy violations
- Escalate compliance concerns when necessary
- Help maintain a clean, sustainable, and advertiser-friendly traffic ecosystem
- Track affiliate performance data across platforms and internal systems
- Prepare performance reports, summaries, and growth insights
- Collaborate with Operations and Advertiser Account Management teams
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve affiliate growth strategies

What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or pay-per-call
- Experience managing affiliates, publishers, or traffic partners
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CPS, and pay-per-call models
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused culture

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with U.S.-based advertisers or campaigns
- Familiarity with platforms such as Ringba, Track Drive, Everflow, Has Offers, or similar tracking systems
- Experience in insurance, finance, home services, or lead generation verticals
- Understanding of compliance-sensitive traffic environments

- Schedule: Monday–Friday aligned with PST business hours

- Break: 1-hour dedicated break
- Reporting To: Affiliate Team Lead / Operations Manager
- Monthly Salary: $1,500 – $2,000
- Compensation based on experience, performance, and publisher network strength
- Commission structure introduced after 6 months
