We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 4-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing, or investment research, with a strong focus on real estate asset analysis and valuation.

The candidate will work closely with teams (private equity, real estate, and credit funds) to support investment analysis, valuation, and execution of transactions. The role combines analytical research and hands‑on deal exposure, requiring the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as an integral part of deal teams (PE / Credit / Real Assets) with frequent interaction on live transactions
- Analyze and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including single assets, portfolios, and platform investments
- Build and maintain real estate financial models, including:
- Asset-level cash flow models (NOI, lease assumptions, capex)
- DCF and IRR-based valuation
- Sensitivity analysis (cap rates, occupancy, rent growth)
- Perform valuation of real estate assets using:
- Market comps (cap rates, $/sq ft, rental comps)
- Precedent transactions
- Conduct market and industry research to support investment decisions (supply-demand trends, rental growth, sector outlook)
- Support investment memos / IC materials with asset-level insights and risk‑return analysis
- Prepare marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, asset summaries, investor presentations)




- Lease analysis (WALE, tenant quality, rollover risk)
- Rent roll and occupancy trends
- Capex requirements and asset quality
- Maintain and update real estate comps databases (transactions, cap rates, rental benchmarks)
- Assist in debt financing analysis, including loan sizing, DSCR, LTV, and lender interactions
- Track deal progress, manage data rooms, and monitor diligence items
- Support investor outreach and fundraising processes for real estate strategies
- Work independently on multiple workstreams with high accuracy and clear communication

Core Competencies

- 4-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate advisory, or investment research
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with exposure to real estate preferred
- Good understanding of:
- NOI drivers
- Cap rates and valuation metrics
- Basic credit metrics (LTV, DSCR)
- Ability to create clear, well‑structured Power Point presentations (Teasers, CIMs, investment memos)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using financial databases such as Fact Set, CapIQ, Bloomberg, Pitch Book
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
