About the Role

Terminal is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Freelance) to support our partner customers in building exceptional engineering teams across Latin America.

This is a versátil, high-impact role where you’ll move across the funnel based on need—sometimes focused on sourcing and pipeline generation, other times owning candidates from screen to offer. If you’re someone who thrives across the entire funnel and enjoys shifting where you add the most value, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple customers, levels, and geographies
- Flex between hands‑on sourcing and candidate management (screen to offer) depending on business needs
- Partner closely with customers, hiring managers, and internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and fulfill hiring goals
- Implement strategic sourcing to identify and engage candidates across a wide range of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, Dev Ops, QA) in Eastern Europe
- Qualify and manage technical candidates to maintain strong pipelines and long‑term relationships with top talent
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Terminal and our partner companies to candidates




- Track and manage pipeline activity, ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting
- Use data, insights, and tools to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness
- Deliver a high‑quality, transparent, and supportive candidate experience throughout the process

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Proven ability to operate across the funnel: sourcing, screening, and closing
- Strong track record of hiring software engineers and related roles
- Deep knowledge of the Latin American tech talent market
- An established network of engineers and technical professionals is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
