Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Manager responsible for overseeing accounts receivable collections and cash application processes, while collaborating closely with integral finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collections process for outstanding receivables.
- Oversee cash application activities and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Analyze cases individually to determine the best resolution strategy.
- Coordinate with U.S. and India accounting teams to resolve complex cases.
- Identify root causes of payment delays and recommend effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
- Experience handling customer billing inquiries and payment disputes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in technology or SaaS companies.
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred).
