Role Overview

The Paralegal Case Manager is a key member of a personal injury legal team, supporting attorneys by managing cases with accuracy, empathy, and strong attention to detail. In this role, you will serve as a consistent point of contact for clients while helping ensure that every case progresses efficiently and in alignment with legal requirements. You will play a hands on role throughout the case lifecycle, from documentation and medical record coordination to litigation support and court‑related filings. This position is idóneo for someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable advocating for what cases need to move forward on time. Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Drafting pleadings and assisting with responding to discovery under attorney supervision
- Supporting electronic court filings in accordance with procedural rules
- Assisting with litigation support activities related to personal injury matters
- Monitoring court and case deadlines and proactively alerting attorneys when action is required
- Communicating regularly with supervising attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and courts
- Maintaining accurate, timely case notes, records, and documentation




- Managing personal injury cases using File Vine and related legal systems
- Providing trial preparation and trial support as needed
- Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and medical billing documentation
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal process

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong personal injury case management experience
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with attorneys, clients, courts, and insurance adjusters
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and speak up when action is required
- Detail‑oriented approach to case documentation and data entry
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Professional assertiveness balanced with collaboration
- Ability to work closely as the right‑hand support to a supervising attorney
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment
