JOB DUCK IS HIRING A LEGAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Legal Assistant. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting clients, and can balance administrative responsibilities with strong customer service.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Conducting consistent follow-ups with clients and leads
- Scheduling consultations and maintaining accurate calendar management
- Organizing and maintaining client database records
- Building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Drafting and sending contracts using MyCase
- Performing outbound calls to support client engagement
- Overseeing email inbox and ensuring timely responses

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic and client-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- High level of commitment and reliability
- Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
