We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Business Development Representative to support a U.S.-based staffing company specializing in the creative and digital space (marketing, design, UI/UX, and creative talent solutions).
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships, and driving new business in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Run outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the U.S. market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent a premium staffing brand with professionalism and confidence
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling,
or lead generation
- Background in staffing, SaaS, BPO, recruiting, marketing, or service sales (preferred)
- Strong “hunter” mindset with resilience and energy
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. clients and decision-makers
