The Case Manager is responsible for handling Personal Injury cases from intake through the pre‑litigation stage, ensuring effective coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre‑litigation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing case updates.
- Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and follow‑ups with providers.
- Request, track, and organize medical records and bills.
- Ensure case progress by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Case Manager in U.S. Personal Injury.
- Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of pre‑litigation PI workflows.
- Experience with Filevine or similar software (preferred).
- Strong organizational, follow‑up, and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken).
