EXL is looking for a highly motivated and experienced BPO Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, experience recruiting for call center or BPO operations, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position based near Avenida El Dorado at Connecta 26.
Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes for BPO and call center positions
- Source candidates through different recruiting channels and platforms
- Conduct English and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Request and collect hiring documentation
- Support assessments and recruitment‑related administrative tasks when required
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Meet hiring goals and recruitment KPIs in a high‑volume environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO or call center recruitment
- English level: B2 or higher (strong conversational and professional communication required)
- Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and demanding environment
- Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills
- High sense of urgency and accountability
- Hard‑working, resilient, and proactive attitude
- Experience using recruiting platforms and ATS systems is a plus
