Traveling Construction Superintendent
We are looking for a traveling construction superintendent to support construction management for GBA Builders. This superintendent will have full support of the project manager while exercising autonomy in day‑to‑day operations. Successful candidate will be a team player who is self‑motivated and willing to jump in and assist where needed, adding value by offering thoughtful solutions and project efficiencies. Experience in the construction of pharma/biotech facilities is preferred. Also, we are interested in candidates with a heavy background in mechanical/piping.
Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and supervision of pharma/biotech renovations and building additions with large amounts of process piping, clean utilities, mechanical upgrades, and automation
- Collaboration with clients, design teams and subcontractors for project success
- Build/maintain jobsite culture of “Safety First”
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Daily coordination and management of subcontractors and jobsite logistics
- Collect,



review and submit shop drawings, product data, test reports, etc.
- Build/update construction schedule and “look ahead” schedules
- Review estimates with operations team to ensure logistical/site considerations are included
- Review project budgets with project management weekly/monthly
- Complete daily/weekly reports and maintain photo journal Sharp ˱ progress Ω

Requirements
- Degree in construction management or experience in the trades
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction management/supervision
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and process piping
- Partnership approach to working with contractors, designers and clients
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and scheduling software Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team
- Self‑motivation with good time‑management skills
