We’re looking for a hands‑on AI Engineering Lead who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive the development of cutting‑edge AI solutions.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in Azure‑based environments, leads by example, and is passionate about building and scaling AI capabilities across teams.
This role is 100% remote but only open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). Applications outside this region will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, driving technical excellence and delivery
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure platforms
- Guide the adoption and effective use of tools like Copilot and AI Agents




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions
- Ensure best practices in AI development, scalability, and performance

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong expertise in Azure AI ecosystem
- Solid understanding of AI platforms, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks
- Experience enabling teams through tools like Copilot

Language Requirement
- English: B2 required
