Role Mission
Oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of Celerity’s fiber backbone and managed WiFi services, ensuring SLA compliance and network stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Service Desk (L1), NOC (L2) and Field Operations (L3).
- Ensure SLA compliance and service KPIs.
- Manage incident, problem and change processes.
- Oversee network monitoring and performance optimization.
- Coordinate vendor and property-level technical alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- 8+ years of telecom/network operations experience.
- Experience in NOC environments and monitoring platforms.
- Strong expertise in fiber backbone, GPON and managed WiFi ecosystems.
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements
- English: C1 Mandatory (Professional/Fluent).
