Account Executive – Toppie (LATAM)We are looking for an execution-focused Account Executive to lead growth within the Brands and Agencies sector in the LATAM region.The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the LATAM market and strong sales and negotiation skills.ResponsibilitiesGenerate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region.Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies.Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.Attend various industry events, trade shows and serve as an active voice for Toppie in Latin America.Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort's entire product stack, including retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and the demand-side product, Toppie.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component.Sales Track Record: Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership over deal outcomes and complex cycles.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (a learner's mindset is highly valued).Communication:
