Job Description We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of specialized HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) services within Colombia's hydrocarbons, oil gas, and energy sectors.This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, terminals, EPC contractors, and other key players in the energy industry.The position focuses on opening and developing strategic accounts, promoting specialized HSE solutions, and building long-term commercial relationships with clients.The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales support.Key responsibilities include commercializing HSE services such as industrial safety, environmental solutions, occupational health, regulatory compliance, HSE consulting, industrial risk management, training, certifications, and specialized plant services.The role also requires identifying relevant projects and tenders, coordinating technical-commercial proposals, conducting plant visits, maintaining sales forecasts, and monitoring market trends and HSE regulations in Colombia.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field Minimum 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in HSE, Oil Gas, hydrocarbons, energy,
or industrial technical services Proven B2B sales experience in industrial services Direct experience with industrial plants, refineries, or hydrocarbons operations Strong strategic account development experience Knowledge of Colombia's energy and hydrocarbons market Experience negotiating contracts, tenders, and service agreements Strong understanding of HSE regulations, industrial safety, and environmental compliance Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream operations preferred CRM and pipeline management experience Strong hunter mentality with proactive business development skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Ability to interact with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders Benefits Competitive monthly salary of USD $2,000 Adaptable base location within Colombia (Bogotá preferred) Opportunity to work within a growing Oil Gas and energy market Exposure to strategic industrial and energy sector clients Career growth potential in business development and strategic sales High-impact role with market expansion responsibilities Professional development through exposure to HSE, industrial operations, and energy sector projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field Minimum 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in HSE, Oil
